The Kalmanovitz School of Education (KSOE) and the School of Liberal Arts (SOLA) at Saint Mary's College of California seek a Program Coordinator who will coordinate the undergraduate teacher education concentrations. Reporting to the Associate Dean of KSOE, the Coordinator will liaise with the Justice, Community, and Leadership (JCL) Program in SOLA and the Teacher Education Department in KSOE to support students entering the teaching profession.This is a LIMITED TERM appointment. The successful candidate will exhibit excellent communication and relationship skills, as well as outstanding written, organizational, and public speaking acumen; attention to detail, with development and follow-through on projects and initiatives to strategically set and meet the goals of the program; capacity to work independently while effectively fostering collaboration; ability to function in a dynamic workplace environment, with multiple stakeholders, with input from multiple constituents; and ability to prioritize workflow.
