The Eastman School of Music of the University of Rochester invites applications for a tenure-track (full-time) Artist/Teacher of Clarinet, beginning in the fall semester 2019. Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience. Candidates must have an established career as a performing artist in addition to successful recruiting and teaching of outstanding students in a conservatory or university music school.
Responsibilities: Primary duties will involve teaching applied-music majors (undergraduate and graduate). Secondary responsibilities will include coaching chamber music and participating in the musical life of our institution.
