Competitive candidates must possess a master's degree in education; teaching experience in an academic setting; administrative experience and demonstrated leadership skills; and a documented history of positive interactions with colleagues, students, and the community. Preference will be given to applicants with experience collaborating with diverse community members; demonstrated ability to teach courses in one of the specialty areas of ESL or special education; teaching experience in K-12; experience with hybrid or online pedagogy; experience in program facilitation; and/or demonstrated strategic planning ability (preferably in an academic setting).
