NCCC's Child Development Center is seeking a part time grant-funded Lead Teacher.
This position will be for a maximum of 30 hours per week for approximately 30 weeks, Monday through Friday. This is a 10 month position from late August through mid-May. Reliable transportation to and from work is an expectation.
Typical Work Activities:
Responsibilities for teachers include but are not limited to the following:
Ability to relate to a diverse population of children, students and parents.
Associates Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field; OR CDA or similar credential and one year experience related to caring for childrenOR 9 college credits in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field with a plan of study leading to a CDA or Associate's Degree and two years of experience related to caring for children.
