The Lead teacher position provides a high-quality early childhood program and promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.

Associate degree or equivalent in child development, early childhood education or related field; classroom experience in an early childhood program; ability to provide a high-quality early childhood program; effective communication skills, both oral and written; must be able to dispense medication according to directions; ability to evacuate children and adults from building in less than one minutes; ability to distinguish individual facial features at arm's length and across the room; must be able to distinguish children's voices when out of visual range; must be able to climb playground equipment to remove child from setting; and must be able to distinguish colors.
