Master Teacher
Auburn University at Montgomery announces a non-tenure track Clinical Assistant Professor position, beginning Fall Semester, 2024, as a Teacher in Residence hired to work specifically in the AUMTeach program as a Secondary Math or Science Master Teacher. This is a full-time, twelve-month position. This is a grant funded (fully soft money) position. The Master Teacher will play an important role in advancing the recruitment and instructional endeavors of the AUMTeach program. Responsibilities include organizing and overseeing events with the goal of recruiting students from the existing STEM student body, transfer students from partner institutions, and high schools within the state of Alabama.
