Teacher Assistant -BCH Child Care Center -2:30pm - 6:00pm
This Teacher Assistant will be responsible for:Assisting classroom teachers in the care, health, welfare and safety of children 12 weeks - 5 years of age in a group setting.Working with a team of teachers, to provide a caring environment where children are safe and secure.Cleaning/disinfecting toys per DEEC regulations.Setting up afternoon activities/learning centers and engage in play.Preparing/serving snack.Restocking classroom areas as requested.Participating in group/story/circle time.Assisting classroom teacher with closing of the classroom each day.
